Tree prices have increased this year to $3 per bare root tree!

Colorado Blue Spruce and Black Hills Spruce will be in short supply this year so order them now to ensure availability OR seek an alternate suitable species from our list.

What is a conservation tree?

Conservation grade trees are bare root dormant "baby" trees with approximately 12 inches tall (except for conifers which can be 6 inches). They come from nurseries in and around the state to ensure hardiness and are approved varieties suitable to our climate. Trees are lifted from the nursery field in the spring before they are to be planted, then shipped to districts across the state and stored in a cooler to maintain dormancy before being planted in the ground.

Ordering your trees now ensures you are first in line to receive them next spring before nursery stock runs out!
